Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery location. Fees are displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed. ModyDeals is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, weather conditions, or any other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon handover of the order to the courier or delivery service. ModyDeals bears no responsibility for items lost, damaged, or delayed after this point.
Delivery Address
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address at the time of ordering. ModyDeals is not liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Any redelivery fees incurred are the customer's sole responsibility.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated failed delivery attempts — the customer will be charged for reshipping costs. No refunds will be issued for undeliverable packages unless the error was solely caused by ModyDeals.
