Returns & Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery only, subject to all of the following conditions:
• The product is unused, unaltered, and unwashed
• The product is in its original sealed packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact
• Proof of purchase is provided
ModyDeals reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions without exception.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
• Health, personal care, or hygiene products
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered products
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
• Any item returned after the 7-day window
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the customer's sole responsibility, except where ModyDeals has shipped an incorrect or verified defective product. ModyDeals will not reimburse return shipping costs under any other circumstances.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. ModyDeals reserves the right to deduct restocking or shipping fees from the refund amount. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us at Sales@ModyDeals.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. ModyDeals will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or full refund. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the product as received.
